We are proud to be supporting Inspiring Girls International. They work to break down barriers so that girls can make confident, free choices about their own futures, and be who they want to be.

IGI’s work centres around the knowledge that when girls see and hear from diverse women who have succeeded in various fields, it challenges gender stereotypes, raises awareness of opportunities, and significantly boosts their self-confidence and aspirations. This is unsurprisingly, a cause very close to our heart!

Since being founded in 2016 by Miriam González Durántez, Inspiring Girls International has reached over 720,000 girls aged between 11-16 years old, in 32 countries around the world, connecting them with amazing women from a diverse range of sectors and backgrounds.

IGI's volunteers are ordinary women doing an extraordinary thing - sharing their career story and creating powerful sparks of inspiration for girls. The impact is resounding – a remarkable 92% of girls claim that hearing these narratives fills them with newfound opportunities for the future.

Uniting an extraordinary global community, IGI is dedicated to steering transformative change for the next generation. Anchoring their efforts are the passionate IGI team leaders who tailor their initiatives to the distinct cultural and social tapestry of each nation they lead.

Currently working across 32 countries, they are constantly expanding their reach in both existing and new countries, forging strategic partnerships, and launching exciting new initiatives which help them to develop and grow. While IGI works on a local level, they also have global ambitions. By their tenyear anniversary in 2026, they aim to have connected a million girls with women role models across the world.
